Thanks! The lightning effects were added with a cheap lightning texture and then run through the same technique I've been using with the tones.

Yeah, she's really just a parody on the Fist if the North Star manga. I always love the overly dramatic preview pages, but we don't get to see them much outside the magazines.

Yeah, the giant scar across her face really pulled it together for me. I should update this character sometime, design a better outfit, more post-apocalypse chic.
